Improve your Physical Self Indoors 


  • Exercises at your desk
  • Yoga or breathing exercises
  • Do an Instagram live workout class
  • Randomly stop and do sit-ups/pushups
  • Play with your dog multiple times a day
  • Take a break from work and walk around the house
  • Stay hydrated (we like this one!)
